NEOTECMAN is a producer of hydraulic, flash-free, hot forging equipment: hot forging presses and furnaces for brass alloys.
The solutions designed, manufactured and programmed by NEOTECMAN include:
• Furnaces for bars heating
• Bar cutting and feeding systems
• Servo-hydraulic hot forging presses
• Tooling solutions: design, manufacture and testing of dies
Thanks to its unique technology and innovative approach, Neotecman has achieved the articulation, on one single machine, of the entire technological process, which in traditional forging is divided in no less than 13 technological steps and relies on the use of at least 4 different machines, each of those installed in a different working area in the factory.
